Lah Lah came to us through the Fraser Valley Humane Society in 2006. She had been found malnourished with scabs all over her, and thin hair all over her body. She came to us to get spayed, and treatment. The FVHS asked if we wanted her for a clinic cat, and we decided to keep her for a couple weeks of recovery to try her out. Lah Lah became instantly a beloved member of our team, frequently visiting the other animals in the back to see how they are doing. So we decided to keep her here with us, and the rest is history. She loves most animals, especially dogs. She has filled a much needed spot in our clinic, and has many friends that come in just to see her.
Animals have always been a huge part of my life since i was young, I knew in the future i would end up doing what i love for the creatures i love and have hopes to pursue schooling to further my education. From owning snakes to ferrets to horses, from scales to fur thats where my heart is at. Born and raised in Mission I grew up on a hobby farm and by choice always wanted to lend a helping hand starting as soon as i could walk. In my spare time you’ll find me making some excuse to be outside rain or shine, spending time with the fam or friends, going for a walk, lounging in lawn chair or working in my garden. I love both the customer service aspect here at the hospital and the rewarding feeling of helping our patients the best we can, i’m excited to learn more everyday and to see what the future holds.
